Story Bible uses private reference records linked to one or more Core Works. A Story Bible item is not a Chapter or Scene and does not become public manuscript text.
It can reuse Core Characters, Locations, Themes, Genres and Series rather than creating duplicate taxonomies.

Core owns the writing; Story Bible owns the reference records
This separation keeps manuscript content and private fictional-world information distinct while allowing them to be linked precisely.
- Core Works, Chapters and Scenes remain unchanged when links are added or removed.
- Published Story Bible post status does not create a public Story Bible page.
- Complete site backups are still needed for data outside supported Core backup integrations.
