I develop AI-assisted products, workflows and digital systems, with much of the work built around WordPress.
The work starts before anything is generated. I define what the product needs to do, work out its features and workflows, decide how information should be organised and create the requirements needed to build it.
AI assists with the technical development, but the process still depends on direction, testing and revision.

Some ideas need more than a prompt or a single AI conversation.
I work on products and systems designed around a particular problem or way of working. That means deciding what information the system needs, what the user should be able to do and how the individual parts should fit together.
The result might become a WordPress plugin, an online tool, a workflow or a larger digital system.

A useful AI workflow normally needs more than one good prompt.
I work with instructions, source material, stages, checks and output requirements so that a repeated task can be handled in a more consistent way.
These workflows may support writing, research, content, SEO, product development, testing or other practical work.
WordPress
WordPress Development
WordPress is where much of my development work currently ends up.
I develop plugins and systems around particular jobs rather than trying to make one product do everything.
That can involve data structures, administration screens, user workflows, privacy controls, exports, documentation and the other parts needed to turn an initial idea into something usable.
Development process
How I Develop
The process varies by project, but the basic stages are usually similar.
Define the problem
Decide what the system needs to do and who it is for.
Plan the requirements
Work out features, information, rules and expected behaviour.
Design the workflow
Decide how information enters the system, what happens to it and what the user needs to control.
Develop
Use detailed instructions and requirements to direct AI-assisted technical development.
Test
Install and use working versions, find faults and record anything unclear, awkward or missing.
Revise
Turn those findings into another set of development changes and test again.
The process is iterative. A working first version is not treated as a finished product.

A WordPress system designed around the information and workflows involved in managing fiction projects.

Not everything I develop needs to become a WordPress plugin.
Some ideas are more useful as tools, prompts, workflows, GPTs or working project systems.
I keep these together in AI Resources so they can be used, adapted or examined without turning every useful idea into a larger product.
